**Any and all payments made are NON refundable.**

**Refunds on deposits/payments will only be offered if the puppy is gravely injured with an affected quality of life or becomes deceased while still in the breeders care** 

**Any and all Purchases are subject to availability/approval. If unable to approve request due to lack of availability/approval, any deposit/payment made will be refunded.**

**Please allow up to 90 days for any refunds approved by breeder.**

**Not understanding any part of this contract does not make you exempt from the conditions stated/ implied within**
